Can I order custom die-cast medals?
Yes — your design, shape and weight, with a one-time mould fee that pays back at around 200 units. Stock designs ship fast; the first custom cycle runs a few weeks, quicker on repeats. -
Is there bulk pricing on medals?
Yes — medals are a volume award and pricing scales with quantity, with brackets around the 50, 100, 250 and 500-unit marks for the same design. WhatsApp your event, quantities and date for a number tuned to your mix. -
How long does production take?
Acrylic and metal pieces (trophies, plaques, medals) run 7-10 working days from artwork confirmation; pewter runs 7-14 working days. Wood is made to order in about a week, with a 10-piece minimum. Can I customise the design?
Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order. -
Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore?
Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL. -
How do I order?
WhatsApp us with the product link, your engraving text, and quantity. We confirm pricing, lead time, and payment method (bank transfer, online banking, or e-wallet). You approve, we engrave and ship. That is it — no online checkout.
