Forty-five years, one family
Our father started in the KL trophy trade in 1981 — back when an engraving job meant a hand router, a steady wrist, and a Friday-night queue of HR managers picking up annual-dinner pieces.
Forty-five years on, the family has supplied trophies for two generations of Malaysian schools, sports clubs, surau anniversaries, university clubs, GLC long-service ceremonies, and family milestones.
The brand has changed shape. The studio has moved. The equipment our production partners use has gone from manual rotary engravers to fibre and CO2 lasers and UV flatbed print. The family ownership, the studio model, and the standards haven't.
The two of us — the brothers — grew up around finished trophies and offcut acrylic. Taking it on was less a decision and more a continuation.

What we actually do
iTrophy is a trophy and award studio. The work has three parts.
First, we design and project-manage every order — translating a brief ("50 long-service pieces, three tiers, mixed material, English plus BM engraving, ready by the 18th") into a buildable spec, then guarding the proof, the schedule, and the budget through to delivery.
Second, we tap a network of Malaysian production partners we've worked with for decades — crystal suppliers, metal-medal die-casters, hardwood mills, pewter foundries, acrylic CNC houses, plus the engraving and print partners — for the heavy material work each does best.
Third, everything comes back to our Brem Park studio for a final quality check before it goes to the customer.
The customer gets one accountable contact, one quote, one lead time, and a piece that actually looks the way it was promised.
The studio at Brem Park
Our studio sits at unit 01-00-06, Brem Park, just off Jalan Kuchai Lama in southern KL.
It's a showroom and goods collection point. Samples on display across the full material range, the design bench where we work through proofs and supplier briefs, and the reception desk where customers pick up finished orders.
No production floor here. Production happens at the partner workshops we've worked with for decades, and finished pieces come back to us for QC and customer collection.
Walk in to browse materials, brief a new project face-to-face, or pick up a finished order. WhatsApp ahead and the right person will be at the front when you arrive.

Forty-five years of relationships
The hardest part of getting an award right in Malaysia isn't the engraving. It's knowing:
- Which workshop in Penang cuts crystal cleanest at sub-200mm sizes
- Which Selangor foundry does the most consistent gold-finish die-cast medal
- Which JB hardwood mill kiln-dries pieces that won't warp in KL humidity
- Which pewter house does the best deep-relief plates
We've spent four decades building those relationships, and we use them every day.
When a brief calls for premium crystal, it goes to one supplier. When it calls for a tournament run of 500 medals at a real bulk price, it goes to another.
The customer never has to think about that. They get one quote, one contact, one delivery. The judgment is ours.

The second generation
In 2025 we — the two brothers — formally registered the new family entity, ITROPHY BROTHERS PLT (202504003677), and began the handover from our father.
The studio, the supplier relationships, the standards, and the team are the same.
What we're bringing in is the way Malaysians actually buy in 2026:
- A website that publishes real MYR pricing on every page
- WhatsApp as the primary sales channel
- Mobile-first everything
- Fast quotes, transparent lead times, no hidden surcharges
Our father stays involved on the supplier-relationships side. We run the studio, the design bench, and the customer side.
Forty-five years of craft judgment plus a modern way to find us, get a quote, and confirm an order without a single phone call back-and-forth. That's the point.

What we believe about awards
An award is a small object carrying a lot of meaning — somebody's first championship, somebody's twenty-fifth year of service, the founding donor of a community building. We treat that seriously.
Quality means the engraving or print is sharp and permanent, the finishing is even, and the piece arrives without a chip in the box.
Speed means we quote within the hour and we tell you straight whether your date is achievable.
Transparency means pricing is published in MYR on every product page, bulk-friendly pricing is available on larger orders (we tailor the quote on WhatsApp), and the lead time we promise is the lead time you get.
We're not the cheapest trophy supplier in Malaysia, and we're not trying to be. We're the studio you go to when the recognition has to feel right.
Who we work with
Our regulars cover the full Malaysian recognition calendar:
- HR teams running annual dinners, long-service ceremonies, and dealer-of-the-year programs at GLCs and listed corporates
- PIBG committees ordering trophies for school sports day
- Sports clubs commissioning perpetual challenge cups for KL futsal leagues and university tournaments
- Surau and mosque committees fitting out anniversary dinners with engraved pewter
- Government departments and statutory bodies preparing recognition pieces for retirement and excellence ceremonies
- NGOs ordering donor-recognition plaques
- Event agencies producing industry award nights at KLCC and Sunway
- University clubs running MASISWA tournament prizes
- Individuals — retirement gifts, graduation awards, family milestones — who deserve the same care as the 500-piece bulk job
