iTrophy is a small family workshop at Brem Park, Kuchai Lama. We design, engrave, and pack every custom trophy, medal, and plaque under one roof — nothing is drop-shipped from another supplier, and nothing leaves the place without one of us giving it a final once-over. Our material range covers optical crystal, cast acrylic, polished metal alloy, solid hardwood, and pewter. CO2 laser engraving and full-colour UV print sit on the same floor as our cutting and finishing benches, which is why we can quote in minutes and turn rush orders around the next day. Whether it is one retirement award, 50 corporate dinner pieces, or 500 medals for a weekend tournament, the same KL team handles your job from artwork sign-off through to the courier handover. Every trophy, medal, and plaque we ship comes with free engraving — your logo, the recipient's name, the award title, citation, and date. No upcharge for the engraving step, no per-character fee, no minimum quantity. Send your logo in any common format. Vector reproduces best (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF), but our designers will happily vectorise a clean PNG or JPEG for you, no charge. Got nothing but a rough sketch or a reference image? Send it on WhatsApp and we will lay out a proof for your approval before any engraving runs. Personalisation options include CO2 laser engraving on crystal and acrylic, rotary engraving on metal nameplates, full-colour UV print, dye sublimation for fabric ribbons, and combination layouts that mix etched line work with printed colour fill on the same piece.

Fast turnaround, fair prices

Standard turnaround is 3-5 working days from artwork approval. 24-hour rush is available on most stock items if your event date is tight. Larger wooden and metal pieces usually need 5-7 working days because of cure and finishing time. Pricing is published on every product page in MYR — no "request a quote" runaround — and bulk discounts kick in automatically at 10, 25, 50, and 100-unit thresholds depending on the category. For tournament-quantity orders we apply combined-volume pricing across categories, so a mixed brief usually beats ordering each design separately. Ordering is WhatsApp-first. Frequently asked

  • What's the smallest order you'll take?
    No fixed MOQ — we will engrave a single trophy or plaque if that is all you need, and we ship one-off retirement and milestone awards every week. For medals and corporate gifts the practical minimum is around 25 units to keep the per-unit price reasonable, and bulk discounts kick in from 50 units up.
  • Do you do same-day rush?
    Sometimes, ya — same-day rush is possible on stock items in plastic, acrylic, and stock-medal ranges if the engraving load is reasonable and you WhatsApp us early in the morning. 24-hour rush is more reliably available across most categories. Wooden and metal pieces usually need at least 3 working days because of cure and finishing time.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    FPX online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB and others), Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. We do not run online card checkout — payment goes through your preferred Malaysian banking channel after we send the quote on WhatsApp.
  • Can I drop by the workshop?
    Yes — our workshop is at Brem Park, Kuchai Lama in Kuala Lumpur. You are welcome to come during business hours (Mon-Sat) to see materials and finishes in person, or to collect a finished order. Best to WhatsApp ahead so the right person is around to walk you through samples.
  • What file formats do you accept for logos?
    Vector reproduces best — SVG, AI, EPS, and high-quality PDF. We also accept high-resolution PNG and JPEG and will vectorise the artwork at no extra cost as part of the design step. If your logo only exists as a low-res image or a printed reference, our designers can usually rebuild it cleanly before engraving.
  • Do you ship to Sabah and Sarawak?
    Yes — nationwide MY delivery is standard. Pos Laju and J&T cover Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Miri, Sibu, and the rest of East Malaysia in 3-5 working days from despatch. Tournament-quantity orders are crated for safe transit, and large orders can move by sea-freight if the deadline allows.
  • Can you do custom shapes?
    Boleh — custom CNC-cut shapes are routine for acrylic trophies, medals, plaques, and keychains. Send us a logo, sketch, or reference image and we will cut to match. Fully custom die-cast metal medals (your shape, your weight) are available with a one-time mould fee that pays back at around 200 units.
  • What's your refund or replacement policy?
    If a piece arrives damaged in transit, or we engrave something incorrectly versus the proof you approved, we replace it free and arrange the courier return at our cost. Approved-proof typos and last-minute customer-side text changes are handled case by case — WhatsApp us as soon as you spot it and we will work it out.
