Is crystal the fastest material to turn around?
Usually, yes. Crystal pieces are ready-made stock shapes, so we only add the decoration — same or next-day is sometimes doable, case-by-case. Tell us your date on WhatsApp and we will say straight whether we can hit it. -
Can you cut crystal into a custom shape?
Honest answer: no — there is no supplier in Malaysia we have found that custom-cuts crystal cleanly. You pick from stocked shapes and we add inner-laser or UV-print artwork. For a fully custom silhouette, acrylic holds CAD shapes far better — message us and we will steer you. -
How much do crystal awards cost in Malaysia?
Most corporate crystal pieces land RM150-600 depending on size and decoration; larger grand centrepieces run higher. Prices are SST-inclusive and the engraving is free — you only pay the courier. WhatsApp your shortlist and quantity for a same-hour quote. -
How long does production take?
Acrylic and metal pieces (trophies, plaques, medals) run 7-10 working days from artwork confirmation; pewter runs 7-14 working days. Wood is made to order in about a week, with a 10-piece minimum. Can I customise the design?
Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order. -
Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore?
Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL. -
How do I order?
WhatsApp us with the product link, your engraving text, and quantity. We confirm pricing, lead time, and payment method (bank transfer, online banking, or e-wallet). You approve, we engrave and ship. That is it — no online checkout.
