• How long does production take? +

  Acrylic and metal pieces (trophies, plaques, medals) run 7-10 working days from artwork confirmation; pewter runs 7-14 working days. Wood is made to order in about a week, with a 10-piece minimum. Crystal pieces are ready-made and turn around within a week. Tight deadlines — WhatsApp us with the date and we will tell you straight whether we can fit it.

• Can I customise the design? +

  Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order.

• Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore? +

  Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL.

• How do I order? +

  WhatsApp us with the product link, your engraving text, and quantity. We confirm pricing, lead time, and payment method (bank transfer, online banking, or e-wallet). You approve, we engrave and ship. That is it — no online checkout.

• How is the design put onto the crystal? +

  Two methods. Inner laser (sub-surface) etches the design as fine 3D dots inside the crystal — wording reads frosty white, no colours. UV print sits on the surface in full colour and is the right pick when you need brand colours or a logo with gradients. Surface laser engraving is not used on crystal — it is not accurate enough on the curved or polished face.

• Are crystal trophies custom-cut to shape? +

  No. Crystal pieces are ready-made — there is no supplier in Malaysia we have found with the equipment to custom-cut crystal cleanly. You pick from our stocked shapes and sizes, and we add the inner-laser or UV-print decoration. Fully custom shapes are easier in acrylic — message us and we will steer you to the right material.

• What sizes and weights do crystal trophies come in? +

  A wide range. Some compact desk pieces are under 400g; the larger grand-prize centerpieces can pass 10kg. Each product page lists the exact dimensions and weight where available. Some pieces in this category are crystal glass (lighter, more affordable) rather than solid optical crystal — message us if you want help picking based on the recipient.

• Is there a bulk discount on crystal trophies? +

  Larger orders may be eligible for bulk-friendly pricing — per-piece improves as quantity scales for the same design. Mixed designs from the same crystal-trophy range can sometimes qualify too.
