How the trophy matcher narrows 3,000+ designs

The matcher turns "I'll know it when I see it" into a real shortlist. Each card carries the same signals we weigh on every WhatsApp brief — material, style, format, price level and occasion. As you swipe, it builds a quiet picture of your taste and keeps steering toward it:

  • Material vs. budget — crystal and pewter read premium; acrylic and plastic are bulk-friendly; wood sits warm and traditional (with a 10× minimum order).
  • Style — premium, classic, modern or playful. Love two modern acrylic pieces and you'll see more of them, fewer ornate ones.
  • Occasion — corporate dinners lean crystal; sports tournaments lean metals or acrylic; school speech-day works with plastic trophies and medal sets.
  • Price level — the deck spans budget to top-tier, so it learns where your comfort zone sits without ever asking for a number.

Our standard lead times

  • Crystal / acrylic: 5-7 working days from artwork sign-off
  • Pewter: 7-14 working days from artwork sign-off
  • Wood: 7-10 working days (with the 10× MOQ minimum)
  • Custom mould: 2-6 weeks

We don't surcharge for rush. Tight deadlines are sometimes possible, never promised — we give an honest yes/no within the working day rather than waste yours. All customisation (engraving, logo print or etch) is free; you only ever pay the courier rate.

Shipping coverage

  • Klang Valley: same-day Lalamove routine once engraving is done
  • West Malaysia: 1-3 days via Pos Laju & J&T
  • East Malaysia: 5-7 days via cargo flight (KK or Kuching hub)
  • Singapore: 1 day via DHL or FedEx Express from our Brem Park studio in Kuchai Lama, KL

    Yes — it scores every piece against the styles, materials and price levels you react to, then surfaces the closest matches. It's a fun way to narrow 3,000+ designs. Final pricing and product confirmation always go through WhatsApp with our team.

  • What happens after I get my matches?

    Tap "WhatsApp my matches" and it opens a chat with your shortlist already written out. Tell us the occasion, quantity and event date and we'll come back with pricing, free engraving options and an honest lead time — usually within the hour during business hours.

  • Do you do custom designs from scratch?

    Yes. Send us your concept on WhatsApp and we'll mock it up — unlimited revisions within reason. Custom moulds and bespoke pieces run 2-6 weeks; we'll always give you an honest timeline before you commit.
