The only line item on top is courier — typically RM15-50 west Malaysia, RM30-80 East Malaysia, Klang Valley same-day Lalamove around RM15-40.

Wood MOQ + lead time
Wood pieces require a 10× minimum order quantity and add ~1 week of lead time on top of standard production. Real partner-workshop constraint.

Custom mould tooling
First-cycle custom mould pieces include tooling cost amortised in the unit price. Year 2+ orders on the same tooling are cheaper per unit.

Rush surcharge
We don't surcharge for rush jobs that we can deliver. We just say no to ones we can't, rather than pretend.
