Self-collection isn't set up at Brem Park. All orders dispatch by courier — same-day Lalamove across Klang Valley, 1-3 days nationwide via Pos Laju or J&T, 5-7 days East Malaysia via cargo flight.

Standard production:

• Crystal / acrylic: 5-7 working days
• Pewter: 7-14 working days
• Wood: 7-10 working days (10× MOQ, ~1 week extra lead)

Courier on top:

• Klang Valley: 1 day
• West Malaysia: 1-3 days
• East Malaysia: 5-7 days

Total end-to-end: 7-15 working days is normal.

Yes. All engraving — recipient name, citation, dates, company logo — is included in the trophy price. Bilingual or trilingual engraving (BM, English, Mandarin, Tamil, Jawi on the same piece) carries no extra charge. Logo etch and full-colour UV print are also free where the material supports them.

Yes. Every published price includes SST. The only line item on top of the trophy price is the courier rate (typically RM15-50 west Malaysia, RM30-80 East Malaysia, depending on weight and destination).

No. No design-review fees, no proof fees, no engraving setup fees, no minimum-order-charge for crystal, acrylic, or metal. Wood is the only material with a 10× MOQ — real partner-workshop constraint, not a sales tactic.

Yes — typically 5-10% off at 100-300 pieces, 10-15% off at 500+. Custom-mould tooling cost amortises across repeat-year orders, so year-2 onwards on annual programmes is meaningfully cheaper per unit. Send the spreadsheet on WhatsApp and we quote the bulk-tier price.

BM, English, Mandarin (simplified or traditional), Tamil, Jawi, Foochow-romanised, Hokkien-romanised — all on the same plate if needed. Multi-language engraving is included at no extra cost. We proof every line in writing on WhatsApp before production.

Yes. Send vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg) for cleanest engraving. PNG works if it's high resolution and has clean edges. We vectorise clean PNGs at no charge. CMYK or Pantone reference for full-colour pieces; mono for laser engraving.

Yes, three routes:

• Custom-cut acrylic — CAD-designed 2D/2.5D, 2-3 weeks
• Custom mould — resin or metal cast from tooling we commission, 2-6 weeks
• Custom-sourced crystal — we find closest stock shape from established suppliers (we don't custom-cut crystal in Malaysia)

Custom is best for repeating annual programmes where tooling cost amortises.

Always. PDF or PNG proof before any production starts. Catch typos, font issues, logo placement here. Revisions unlimited within reason. Sign off in writing — only then does production begin. Once sign-off lands, engraving is locked (cut crystal cannot be re-cut).

Yes. Bilingual layouts (English+BM, English+Mandarin, BM+Jawi) are routine. We can stack lines vertically or place side-by-side. Native-speaker proofing recommended for Mandarin/Tamil/Jawi — send the text in correct script, not transliterated.

Crystal (optical crystal and crystal glass), acrylic (CNC-cut, edge-polished, UV print or laser engraving), wood (rosewood, beech, with engraved metal nameplate), metal (zinc-alloy and iron, brushed or polished), pewter (Malaysian heritage tin alloy), plus engraved corporate gifts (pens, name card holders, photo frames, paperweights, keychains).

Crystal for prestige and stage-photo moments. Wood for warmth and traditional weight. Acrylic for value and modern looks (no MOQ flexibility). Metal/medals for sport and bulk. Pewter for senior heritage moments — board, retirement, lifetime achievement. Each has a different room-feel; pick to match the recipient's tier.

Compact pieces (under 400g, 100-150mm) up to gala centrepieces (over 10kg, 350-450mm). Each product page lists exact dimensions and weight. For bulk programmes, we often recommend mid-size (200-280mm) for visual consistency on the prize table.

Both. Stock pieces from established crystal/acrylic/wood/metal/pewter suppliers — we add the personalisation (engraving, UV print, logo etch) on top. Custom-mould pieces are made-to-order from new tooling we commission.

Nationwide Malaysia and Singapore. Klang Valley same-day Lalamove. West Malaysia 1-3 days Pos Laju or J&T. East Malaysia 5-7 days cargo flight via KK or Kuching hub. Singapore 1 day DHL or FedEx Express from Brem Park, KL.

Singapore is a regular cross-border destination (1 day Express courier). Other ASEAN countries on request — DHL Express handles customs paperwork. We quote in MYR; SGD/USD ballpark on WhatsApp.

Honestly 5-7 working days from dispatch via cargo flight (KL → KK or KL → Kuching, then onward to Sibu/Bintulu/Miri/Sandakan/Tawau). For ceremony-critical East Malaysia orders, brief us 4-5 weeks ahead for the cleanest planning. We don't promise 1-2 day East Malaysia turnaround — anyone who does is bluffing.

For Klang Valley (KL, PJ, Subang, Cheras, Kajang, Klang, Puchong) — yes, same-day Lalamove is routine when the engraving's already done and the artwork is locked by mid-morning. For tight rush jobs (24-48 hours from brief to delivery), it's case-by-case, never promised — but small simple orders sometimes work.

No. We're not a factory. Brem Park in Kuchai Lama is our office, samples library, design and project management, and dispatch centre. Production runs through long-time partner workshops in the Klang Valley — relationships we've kept up for decades. Design and PM are in-house; production is partnered.
