Stock shapes vs. custom CNC silhouette

Two paths cover ~95% of acrylic keychain briefs in Malaysia.

Stock shapes — round, rectangle, square, dog-tag, house, heart, oval — are pre-cut and sit ready in the workshop. You supply artwork, we decorate and ship. Per-piece lands at RM3-12 depending on size and quantity. Turnaround is fast because the cutting step is already done.

Custom CNC shapes are cut to your exact silhouette: company logo outline, mascot shape, building elevation, state map. Per-piece lands at RM6-18 depending on shape complexity and quantity.

Custom path: needs a clean vector file (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) and adds 1-2 days of cutting time. The result feels bespoke. Recipients actually keep them on their keys instead of leaving them in the goodie bag.

UV print, laser engrave, or printed insert

Three decoration methods, same as plaques but tuned for the smaller keychain footprint.

UV print is the default for corporate giveaways and event souvenirs. Full-colour brand logo, edge-to-edge, on either or both faces.

Laser engraving etches a frosted mark into the acrylic surface. Clean and premium for monochrome wordmarks. Less suited to detailed logos at small scale.

Printed paper insert sandwiched between two clear acrylic faces is the cheapest path for full-colour bulk runs (~RM3-5/piece in volume). Works well for photo-style designs, school class mementos, or fan-merch style souvenirs.

Decoration is included in the per-piece price across all three methods. No surcharge for double-sided print, no setup fee, no plate fee.
