About our Wooden Plaques
Wooden plaques and box plaques are built on solid hardwood — usually rubberwood or beech, kiln-dried and finished with multiple lacquer coats at our KL workshop. The classic format is a flat plaque with an engraved metal nameplate; the box-plaque variant adds depth so the piece sits proud of the wall. Each one is hand-assembled and the metal plate is fitted with hidden mounting hardware. Exact grain pattern varies piece to piece — that's real wood doing its job.

Engraved nameplates come in gold, silver, or brushed bronze, with your logo and citation text. Box-plaque depth can be customised. We can add a secondary plate on the back for a longer citation, or upgrade to a routed-edge profile for a more premium look. Standard sizes range from 7 by 9 inches up to 12 by 15 inches; larger custom sizes are available for institutional dedications.

Wooden plaques run 5-7 working days standard — lacquer needs to cure properly before the metal plate is fitted. 3-day rush is available on smaller plaques. Each piece is foam-wrapped and boxed individually. Pos Laju and J&T deliver in 1-3 days within Klang Valley, 3-5 days nationwide. What wood do you use?
Premium hardwood, hand-finished in our KL workshop. An engraved metal nameplate (gold, silver, or brushed bronze) is fixed to the wooden base. -
Can the wooden plaque be wall-mounted?
Yes. Our wooden plaques come with hidden mounting hardware on the back so they sit flush against the wall. Box-plaque variants stand proud of the wall for a more dimensional look. Both formats include the mounting fittings. -
How many characters fit on the engraved plate?
A standard 7×9 inch wooden plaque comfortably holds 4-6 lines of citation text plus a logo. For longer citations we can enlarge the plate or add a secondary plate on the back. Send us your wording on WhatsApp and we will lay it out before production. -
How long does engraving take?
Standard production is 3-5 working days. We offer 24-hour rush on most items if you need it sooner — WhatsApp us with your deadline and we will tell you straight whether your order can make it. -
Can I customise the design?
Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order. -
Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore?
Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL. -
How do I order?
WhatsApp us with the product link, your engraving text, and quantity. We confirm pricing, lead time, and payment method (bank transfer, online banking, or e-wallet). You approve, we engrave and ship. That is it — no online checkout.
