• How long does production take? +

  Acrylic and metal pieces (trophies, plaques, medals) run 7-10 working days from artwork confirmation; pewter runs 7-14 working days. Wood is made to order in about a week, with a 10-piece minimum. Crystal pieces are ready-made and turn around within a week. Tight deadlines — WhatsApp us with the date and we will tell you straight whether we can fit it.

• Can I customise the design? +

  Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order.

• Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore? +

  Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL.

• How do I order? +

  WhatsApp us with the product link, your engraving text, and quantity. We confirm pricing, lead time, and payment method (bank transfer, online banking, or e-wallet). You approve, we engrave and ship. That is it — no online checkout.

• How much does a wooden plaque cost in Malaysia? +

  Standard wooden plaques run RM130-450 per piece depending on size and metal-plate complexity. Box-plaque variants (depth-mounted format) run higher. Bulk recognition programs may be eligible for bulk-friendly pricing — WhatsApp +60 12 213 6631 with your quantity and citation text.

• Wooden plaque vs acrylic plaque — which is better for corporate recognition? +

  Wooden plaque suits formal corporate recognition — long-service awards, retirement tributes, institutional dedications, GLC and bank programs where the recognition needs to feel formal and lasting. Acrylic plaque suits modern brand-coloured programs and recurring monthly awards. Wood reads heritage; acrylic reads modern.

• What wood do you use? +

  Premium hardwood (rubberwood, beech), kiln-dried for Malaysian humidity and finished with multiple lacquer coats by our long-time Malaysian production partners. A printed metal nameplate (gold, silver, or bronze) is fixed to the wooden base. Wooden plaques are made to order in about a week from artwork sign-off, with a 10-piece minimum; engraving stays free.

• Can the wooden plaque be wall-mounted? +

  Yes. Our wooden plaques come with hidden mounting hardware on the back so they sit flush against the wall. Box-plaque variants stand proud of the wall for a more dimensional look. Both formats include the mounting fittings.

• How many characters fit on the engraved plate? +

  A standard 7×9 inch wooden plaque comfortably holds 4-6 lines of citation text plus a logo. For longer citations we can enlarge the plate or add a secondary plate on the back. Send us your wording on WhatsApp and we will lay it out before production.

• Are wooden plaques suitable for retirement gifts? +

  Yes — wooden plaques are one of the most common formats for senior retirement and long-service gifts in Malaysia. The traditional, understated look reads as serious and lasting, suiting GLC, bank, professional-body, and government recognition contexts where the recipient will display the award in an office for decades.

• Will the wooden plaque warp in Malaysian humidity? +

  No. We source kiln-dried hardwood specifically for Malaysian humidity and apply multiple lacquer coats before the metal plate is fitted. Plaques sold to clients across Klang Valley, Penang, Johor, Sabah, and Sarawak have lived in offices and meeting rooms for years without warping.
