Our metal medals are die-cast in zinc alloy with antique gold, silver, or bronze plating — the standard heavyweight format any serious tournament organiser expects. Each medal is paired with a printed neck ribbon and packed individually before despatch from our KL workshop. We stock generic sport designs (football, badminton, athletics, taekwondo, and a generic-victor design) and produce custom die-cast medals for events with the volume to justify a one-time mould.

Stock medals can be ordered with custom ribbon prints (event name and year) on quantities of 100 and above. Fully custom die-cast medals — your design, your shape, your weight — are available with a one-time mould fee that pays back at around 200 units. Standard ribbon colours are red, blue, green, yellow, and black, with custom Pantone match available on bulk orders. Engraved back plates can be added for top-three medals.

Stock metal medals turn around in 5-7 working days including ribbon assembly. 3-day rush is available on stock designs if your event date is tight. Custom die-cast medals need 4-6 weeks for the first run, 2-3 weeks for repeat orders. Bulk orders ship in master cartons via J&T or Pos Laju Malaysia-wide — 1-3 days peninsular, 3-5 days East Malaysia.   • Are ribbons included with medals?
    Ya, included. Standard ribbons (red, blue, green, yellow, custom colour on bulk orders) come with the medal. Custom ribbon prints are available on request for orders over 100 units.
  • Do you offer minimum quantity discounts?
    Yes. Bulk pricing kicks in at 50 units. Use the calculator on this page or WhatsApp us your quantity for a quote.
  • Can I order custom die-cast medals?
    Yes. Fully custom die-cast medals — your design, shape, and weight — are available with a one-time mould fee. The mould pays back at around 200 units. After the first run, repeat orders take 2-3 weeks instead of 4-6.
  • Are metal medals good for school sports day?
    Very common use. Schools across Klang Valley and nationwide order metal medals for MSSD/MSSM events, inter-class sports days, and athletics championships. The weight feels real to students and the medals survive being passed around for years afterwards.
  • How long does engraving take?
    Standard production is 3-5 working days. We offer 24-hour rush on most items if you need it sooner — WhatsApp us with your deadline and we will tell you straight whether your order can make it.
  • Can I customise the design?
    Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order.
  • Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore?
    Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL.
  • How do I order?
    WhatsApp us with the product link, your engraving text, and quantity. We confirm pricing, lead time, and payment method (bank transfer, online banking, or e-wallet). You approve, we engrave and ship. That is it — no online checkout.
