How is the design put onto the crystal plaque?

Two methods. Inner laser (sub-surface) etches the design inside the plaque — reads frosty white, no colours. UV print on the front surface is full colour and the right pick when brand colours or photographic logos matter. We do not use surface laser engraving on crystal — it is not accurate on the polished face.

Are crystal plaques custom-cut?

No. Crystal plaques are ready-made — we pick from stocked shapes (rectangle, oval, shield, diamond, bevelled variants) and add your inner-laser or UV-print artwork. Fully custom-cut shapes are easier in acrylic if you need a specific silhouette.

How much print/etch area do crystal plaques give me?

More than a sculpted trophy — the flat-plaque format usually gives 60-70% of the front face as usable area. Enough for a logo, a full citation paragraph, and recipient details, or for two side-by-side logos on partnership and MOU plaques.

Do crystal plaques come with a display base?

Most do — a small wooden or crystal stand is included so the plaque sits upright on a desk or shelf. LED-lit bases (white or colour-changing) are available on request for premium presentation moments.

How long does production take?

Acrylic and metal pieces (trophies, plaques, medals) run 7-10 working days from artwork confirmation; pewter runs 7-14 working days. Wood is made to order in about a week, with a 10-piece minimum. Crystal pieces are ready-made and turn around within a week. Tight deadlines — WhatsApp us with the date and we will tell you straight whether we can fit it.

Can I customise the design?

Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order.

Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore?

Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL.
