Where we are — Brem Park, Kuchai Lama, southern KL
iTrophy is at Brem Park, Off Jalan Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur.
Brem Park is showroom + goods collection:
- Samples across every material family on display — pick up an optical crystal block in one hand and cast acrylic in the other within five seconds of walking in
- Design bench where we work through your brief and proofs on twin monitors
- Despatch area where Pos Laju and J&T pickups happen each afternoon between 4pm and 6pm
No production floor on-site. The actual engraving, cutting, polishing, and finishing happens at the partner workshops we've worked with for years.
Drive times from Klang Valley (off-peak):
- KLCC: 20 minutes
- Petaling Jaya (via the LDP): 25 minutes
- Subang Jaya: 35 minutes
The address sits in the wider Sungai Besi / Salak South / Kuchai Lama industrial corridor in southern KL.
WhatsApp +60 12 213 6631 before your visit so we can pull samples in your category — crystal vs acrylic side-by-side, gold vs silver plate finishes, hardwood vs lacquered wood — and have the right team member around. Happy to send a Google Maps pin once you confirm your visit time.
How to find us — highway exits, parking, MRT walk
Driving in is the easiest option from most of Klang Valley.
Highway access:
- Maju Expressway (MEX)
- KL-Seremban Highway
- Besraya — Kuchai Lama exit is the shortest hop
From PJ: take the LDP south to the Sri Petaling interchange and exit at Kuchai Lama.
Parking within the Brem Park complex is free for visitors. Ample on weekday afternoons, tighter on Saturday mornings.
Public transport is workable but indirect. Closest stations:
- MRT: Sungai Besi or Bandar Tun Razak (Putrajaya line)
- LRT: Sri Petaling (Sri Petaling line)
All require a 7-12 minute Grab ride to complete the journey.
We will send a Google Maps pin on WhatsApp once you confirm your visit time. More reliable than typing the address into Waze, which routes correctly to the area but can land you at the wrong block within Brem Park.
Walk-in process: what to bring, what we can do at the showroom
A productive walk-in is one where you arrive with the brief written down and a few examples in mind.
Bring these four things:
- Your logo file on a USB stick or in your email (vector preferred — SVG, AI, EPS — but high-res PNG or JPEG is fine, we vectorise free)
- The engraving text (recipient name, event title, year, any citation paragraph)
- The quantity
- The deadline
With those four pieces we can:
- Quote on the spot
- Walk you through material samples
- Take payment via FPX, online banking, Touch n Go, GrabPay, or Boost
- Confirm the lead time
Production lead times through our long-time partner workshops:
- Crystal / acrylic: 5-7 working days from artwork sign-off
- Pewter: 7-14 working days
- Wood: 7-10 days (10x MOQ)
- Fully bespoke custom-mould: 2-6 weeks
If your brief is unusual or the artwork needs custom layout work, we set up a digital proof and have it back to you on WhatsApp within an hour or two.
The four things to bring to a walk-in
Bring these four pieces and we can quote on the spot:
- Your logo file — vector preferred (SVG, AI, EPS), but high-res PNG or JPEG works and we will vectorise
- The engraving text — recipient name, event title, year, and any citation paragraph
- The quantity
- The deadline
With those four pieces we can quote, take payment, and brief our production partners the same day.
Walk-ins without these pieces still work — they just take longer because we will help you write the brief in person.
Rush is never promised — but tell us your date
We don't advertise 24-hour or same-day rush.
Standard lead times from artwork sign-off:
- Crystal / acrylic: 5-7 working days
- Pewter: 7-14 working days
- Wood: 7-10 days
- Fully bespoke custom-mould: 2-6 weeks
That's what our partner workshops genuinely need to do the job well.
If your event date is tight, message us first. Sometimes we can pull strings on stock items, but we'll tell you straight if it's not possible rather than over-promise.
We are honest about timing. Brem Park is the showroom and the design bench — production happens at our partner workshops with proper lead time.
Showroom tour — samples, finishes, the side-by-side test
The showroom visit is worth it when you have time. Much easier to choose between optical crystal (~1.5kg in the hand) and cast acrylic (~400g) with both materials in your palm than from a JPG.
You'll see:
- Sample pieces across every category
- Finish swatches for plate options (mirror gold, brushed silver, antique bronze, satin pewter)
- Wooden plinths in the hardwood we work with (mahogany and rubberwood, lacquered or oiled)
- Crystal samples in inner-laser-engraved and UV-printed finishes
- The design bench where we lay out and proof artwork before production
Plenty of HR teams walk in expecting to order crystal and walk out with acrylic — or the other way round — once they see the pieces side by side under showroom lighting.
The most common 'aha' moment: holding the acrylic plaque next to the wooden one and realising the wood reads more senior on a recipient's living-room wall than the spec sheet suggested.
Walk in vs WhatsApp — which channel for which brief
Walk in when:
- You want to see materials in person
- The brief is unusual enough that a 15-minute face-to-face conversation saves three rounds of back-and-forth
- You are picking up a finished order
- Your CEO is driving the design call and wants to feel the pewter in their hand before signing off RM 2,000 a piece
WhatsApp is faster for:
- Straightforward stock orders
- Repeat orders from previous designs we already have on file
- Bulk tournament briefs that just need quantities and engraving text confirmed
- Formal quotations for PIBG and corporate procurement (Borang Sebut Harga returned same business day)
- Reorders for an annual program where year-on-year nothing changes except the recipient names
Roughly 95 percent of orders nationwide are handled fully via WhatsApp. Walk-in is the exception, not the default.
Most KL HR teams use a mix — initial walk-in to feel the materials in year one, WhatsApp-only from year two onwards.
