  • How long does production take?

    Acrylic and metal pieces (trophies, plaques, medals) run 7-10 working days from artwork confirmation; pewter runs 7-14 working days. Wood is made to order in about a week, with a 10-piece minimum. Crystal pieces are ready-made and turn around within a week. Tight deadlines — WhatsApp us with the date and we will tell you straight whether we can fit it.

  • Can I customise the design?

    Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order.

  • Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore?

    Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL.

  • How do I order?

    WhatsApp us with the product link, your engraving text, and quantity. We confirm pricing, lead time, and payment method (bank transfer, online banking, or e-wallet). You approve, we engrave and ship. That is it — no online checkout.

  • Are ribbons included with medals?

    Yes — standard ribbons included. Custom prints on orders over 100.

  • Are acrylic medals lighter than metal medals?

    Yes, noticeably lighter — which makes them well-suited to fun runs, primary school events, and any context where younger participants will wear them home. The lighter weight also keeps shipping cost down on bulk orders.

  • Can you do full-colour print on the medal face?

    Yes. Full-colour UV print covers the entire face of the medal — ideal for sponsor logos, event branding, and gradient artwork. Double-sided print is available on premium orders, and we can laser-engrave finisher names or numbers on individual medals.
