Wood is made to order in about a week, with a 10-piece minimum. Crystal pieces are ready-made and turn around within a week. Tight deadlines — WhatsApp us with the date and we will tell you straight whether we can fit it.

  • Can I customise the design?

    Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order.

  • Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore?

    Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL.
