Lead-time assumptions used here
This planner uses the same category lead-time table used on iTrophy product pages. Standard production is counted in working days from artwork sign-off. Delivery buffer depends on region: Klang Valley, Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah/Sarawak, or Singapore.
- Crystal categories: usually faster because the base shape is ready-made and customised after proof approval.
- Custom categories: usually need the full 7-10 working-day window after artwork sign-off.
- Pewter and bespoke: allow more time because supplier scheduling and finishing can vary by piece.
- Rush: never promised by the calculator. It flags when you should message us before committing to the event date.
Match the timeline to a product range
If the approval date is workable, the next decision is material. Ready-made ranges usually move faster than fully custom pieces, so compare the planner output with the catalogue category before locking the event promise.
