  • How long does production take?

    Acrylic and metal pieces (trophies, plaques, medals) run 7-10 working days from artwork confirmation; pewter runs 7-14 working days. Wood is made to order in about a week, with a 10-piece minimum. Crystal pieces are ready-made and turn around within a week. Tight deadlines — WhatsApp us with the date and we will tell you straight whether we can fit it.

  • Can I customise the design?

    Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order.

  • Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore?

    Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL.

  • How do I order?

    WhatsApp us with the product link, your engraving text, and quantity. We confirm pricing, lead time, and payment method (bank transfer, online banking, or e-wallet). You approve, we engrave and ship. That is it — no online checkout.

  • Are plastic trophies durable enough for daily handling?

    Yes for normal display and presentation use — the polymer body and metallic finish hold up well. They are not designed to be dropped on concrete or used outdoors, but for stage presentation, cabinet display, and home shelving they perform well for years.

  • Can I mix sizes within one order for tiered awards?

    Yes — this is the standard pattern. Most school sports days and tournaments run small trophies for participation, medium for top three, and a larger champion trophy. Mix sizes freely within one order; bulk pricing still applies across the combined quantity.

  • When does bulk-friendly pricing kick in?

    Larger orders may be eligible for bulk-friendly pricing — pricing scales by quantity, with brackets at the 10, 25, 50, and 100-unit marks for the same trophy body. For school sports days and large tournaments we can usually quote a per-trophy price that includes the engraved nameplate at no extra charge.
