• How long does production take? +

  Acrylic and metal pieces (trophies, plaques, medals) run 7-10 working days from artwork confirmation; pewter runs 7-14 working days. Wood is made to order in about a week, with a 10-piece minimum. Crystal pieces are ready-made and turn around within a week. Tight deadlines — WhatsApp us with the date and we will tell you straight whether we can fit it.

• Can I customise the design? +

  Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order.

• Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore? +

  Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL.

• How do I order? +

  WhatsApp us with the product link, your engraving text, and quantity. We confirm pricing, lead time, and payment method (bank transfer, online banking, or e-wallet). You approve, we engrave and ship. That is it — no online checkout.

• How heavy is a pewter trophy compared to crystal? +

  Pewter is noticeably heavier than crystal at the same physical size — typically 30-50% more weight for an equivalent piece. A mid-size pewter recognition piece weighs 1.5-3kg; senior board pieces can exceed 5kg. The weight is a feature, not a drawback — it carries the formality the senior tier needs.

• How much does a pewter trophy cost? +

  Mid-tier pewter pieces run RM200-700; senior board and lifetime achievement pieces RM700-2,500. Custom-engraved nameplates included free. We do not custom-cast pewter shapes — pieces are sourced from established Malaysian pewter producers and we add the personalisation.

• Will pewter tarnish over the years? +

  Pewter can develop a satin tarnish over years if exposed to humid air. Light buffing with a microfibre cloth restores the finish — see our trophy care guide for the full method. Modern pewter pieces hold their finish well in normal indoor display conditions for decades.

• Suitable for state-government or royal-ceremony presentations? +

  Yes — pewter is a strong fit for state-government Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang at the senior tier and royal-ceremony presentations. We are familiar with jata negeri logo placement and protocol-friendly engraving layouts. Send the brief and any logo files for a tailored quote.
