Our other-products category is the home for items that don't fit cleanly under our main category headings — niche commemorative pieces, one-off custom requests, leftover designs from past corporate programs, and the kind of one-of-a-kind builds that come up when a client briefs us on something we haven't made before. Everything still goes through the same iTrophy KL workshop with the same engraving and finishing process — same hands, same quality check.

If you've got a specific custom brief — a unique trophy design, an unusual material combination, a recognition format we haven't catalogued separately — this is where you start. Custom is the default in this category — there's no template. Send us a sketch, a reference photo, or even just a written brief, and we'll quote on what's possible. Materials can mix crystal, acrylic, wood, and metal in the same piece. Engraving, UV print, CNC cutting, and assembly are all in-house. Lead time and pricing depend entirely on the brief, so the conversation starts on WhatsApp.

How do I quote a fully custom one-off piece?

Yes — crystal-on-wood, acrylic-on-metal, and other combinations are common in our custom-build category. Engraving, UV print, CNC cutting, and assembly all happen in our KL workshop, which makes mixed-material builds straightforward. -
What is the typical lead time for a custom build?

Can I customise the design?
Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order. -
Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore?
Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL. -
How do I order?
WhatsApp us with the product link, your engraving text, and quantity. We confirm pricing, lead time, and payment method (bank transfer, online banking, or e-wallet). You approve, we engrave and ship. That is it — no online checkout.
