Can I customise the design?
Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order.

Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore?
Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL.

How do I quote a fully custom one-off piece?
Send us a sketch, a reference photo, or a written brief on WhatsApp. We will come back with a feasibility note, a rough price, and the lead time needed. Once you sign off on the design we lock the spec and proceed to production.

Can you mix materials in one custom award?
Yes — crystal-on-wood, acrylic-on-metal, and other combinations are common in our custom-build category. Engraving, UV print, CNC cutting, and assembly all happen in our KL workshop, which makes mixed-material builds straightforward.

What is the typical lead time for a custom build?
