iTrophy is based at Brem Park, Off Jalan Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur. We are a working trophy and engraving workshop rather than a retail showroom — the space holds our laser engravers, finishing benches, sample pieces across all the categories we produce, and the despatch area where Pos Laju and J&T pickups happen each afternoon. The address sits in the wider Sungai Besi / Salak South / Kuchai Lama industrial corridor in southern KL, which is well-served by road from anywhere in Klang Valley. How to find us: landmarks, parking, public transport
Driving in is the easiest option from most of Klang Valley — Brem Park is reachable from the Maju Expressway, the KL-Seremban Highway, and the Besraya, with the Kuchai Lama exit being the shortest hop. Parking is available within the Brem Park complex; weekday afternoons are usually quieter than mornings. Public transport is workable but less direct — the closest MRT and LRT stations require a short Grab ride to complete the journey. We will send a Google Maps pin on WhatsApp once you confirm your visit time, which is more reliable than typing the address into a navigation app.
Walk-in process: what to bring, what we can do same-day
A productive walk-in is one where you arrive with the brief written down and a few examples in mind. Bring your logo file on a USB stick or in your email (vector files reproduce best — SVG, AI, EPS — but a high-resolution PNG or JPEG is fine and we will vectorise it on the spot). Bring the engraving text — recipient name, event title, year, and any citation paragraph. Bring the quantity and the deadline. With those four pieces we can quote on the spot, take payment via FPX, online banking, Touch n Go, GrabPay or Boost, and on stock items in the plastic, acrylic, and stock-medal ranges we can often turn the order around the same day or the next morning. If your brief is unusual or the engraving requires custom layout work, we will set up a digital proof on the spot and have it back to you on WhatsApp within an hour or two — much faster than the equivalent back-and-forth via email.

Crystal, wooden, and metal pieces typically cannot be rushed same-day because of cure and finishing time on the lacquer, polish, or 3D-laser steps. For genuinely urgent briefs that have to ship today, the honest answer is to call ahead first so we can clear the schedule before you make the journey from PJ or KLCC.

Workshop tour: laser engravers, finishing benches, samples
If you have time, the workshop tour is genuinely useful — much easier to choose between optical crystal and cast acrylic with both materials in your hand than to make the call from a photo. You will see our CO2 laser engravers running on crystal and acrylic pieces, the rotary engraving station that handles metal nameplates, the UV-print bed for full-colour acrylic and metal work, the finishing benches where wooden plinths are lacquered and metal cups are polished, and the sample shelves with examples across every category we produce. Most walk-in customers leave with a much sharper sense of which material and format fits their brief, and we have lost count of the number of HR teams who came in expecting to order crystal and walked out with acrylic (or vice versa) once they saw the actual pieces side by side.
When to walk in vs WhatsApp
Walk in when you want to see materials in person, when you have a same-day rush brief that benefits from being briefed face-to-face, when you are picking up a finished order, or when the brief is unusual enough that a workshop conversation will save back-and-forth. WhatsApp is faster for everything else — straightforward stock orders, repeat orders from previous designs, bulk tournament briefs that just need quantities and engraving text confirmed, formal quotations for PIBG and corporate procurement, and quote requests when you already know what you want. Most of our customers across Klang Valley use a mix of the two channels depending on the brief.

Klang Valley areas we serve via courier
Most customers across Klang Valley do not actually need to visit the workshop — we ship Malaysia-wide via Pos Laju and J&T from our Brem Park despatch area, and the courier handover happens each afternoon. From KL, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Cheras, Ampang, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, and Klang the typical door-to-door delivery is 1-2 working days. Penang, Ipoh, Melaka, and Negeri Sembilan land at 2-3 working days. Johor Bahru is typically 2-3 working days. Sabah and Sarawak deliveries land at 3-5 working days. Tracking numbers are sent on WhatsApp at despatch. For genuinely time-critical deliveries within Klang Valley we can also arrange Lalamove or Grab same-day handover at the customer's cost — useful for last-minute trophy arrivals at venues across PJ, KLCC, or Bangsar South. Skynet and DHL are also available for premium tracked deliveries and Singapore shipments.
