How long does engraving take?
Standard production is 3-5 working days. We offer 24-hour rush on most items if you need it sooner — WhatsApp us with your deadline and we will tell you straight whether your order can make it.

Can I customise the design?
Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order.

Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore?
Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL.

How do I order?
WhatsApp us with the product link, your engraving text, and quantity. We confirm pricing, lead time, and payment method (bank transfer, online banking, or e-wallet). You approve, we engrave and ship. That is it — no online checkout.

Where on the pen does the engraving go?
Most commonly along the barrel — your logo plus name and date is the typical layout. The clip and cap can also be engraved on premium models. For bulk corporate orders we usually engrave just the brand mark on the barrel; for individual gifts we add the recipient name.

Are gift presentation boxes included?
Standard pens ship in a basic clear-lid box; premium models and gift sets come in a presentation case suitable for direct gifting. Custom-printed card inserts inside the box are available at a small additional cost for corporate gifting programs.

Can refills be replaced after the ink runs out?
Yes — every pen we supply uses a standard refillable cartridge (ballpoint or rollerball). Refills are widely available at stationery shops across Malaysia, so the engraved pen stays useful for years after the original ink runs out.
