Can I customise the design?
Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order.

Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore?
Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL.

What wood do you use?
Premium hardwood. Engraved metal nameplate included. Each trophy is hand-finished — slight grain variations are normal and add character.

Will the wood warp in Malaysian humidity?
Tak — we use properly kiln-dried hardwood (mostly rubberwood and dark-stained sengon) sourced locally and finished with multiple lacquer coats specifically because of Malaysian humidity. Our wooden trophies have lived in offices across Klang Valley and East Malaysia for years without warping.

Are wooden trophies suitable for retirement gifts?
Yes — one of our most common uses. The traditional, understated look reads as serious and lasting, which suits long-service and retirement contexts well. We can engrave the nameplate with a longer citation than the typical sports-trophy plate to do justice to the recipient.
