How long does engraving take?
Standard production is 3-5 working days. We offer 24-hour rush on most items if you need it sooner — WhatsApp us with your deadline and we will tell you straight whether your order can make it.

Can I customise the design?
Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order.

Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore?
Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL.

On select premium models, yes. We can supply a printed brand colour or logo on the dial face for orders of 10 units and above. For one-off retirement and milestone gifts we usually leave the dial standard and put the personalisation onto the engraved metal plate below the clock face.
