Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order.

Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore?
Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL.

Which sports do you stock figure designs for?
Football, futsal, badminton, basketball, netball, athletics, swimming, golf, taekwondo, karate, silat, e-sports, and a generic-victor figure for non-sport categories. For unusual sports not on this list we can usually source the right figure given a couple of weeks lead time — WhatsApp the sport and we will confirm.

How should I split champion / runner-up / third-place sizes?
Most tournament organisers run a graduated set: a larger champion trophy, a medium runner-up, and a smaller third-place trophy. We can suggest sizes once you tell us the number of categories and your per-category budget — WhatsApp the brief.

Do you offer tournament bundle pricing?
Yes. For tournaments ordering trophies across multiple categories and positions in one order, we apply combined-volume pricing rather than per-design pricing. This usually beats ordering each category separately. Send the full category list and quantities for a bundle quote.

Can you turn around sports trophies in 24 hours?
24-hour rush is available on stock items — most plastic and acrylic sports trophies qualify if the engraving load is reasonable. Metal trophies and large bulk orders usually need the full 3-5 working day standard turnaround. WhatsApp early if your event date is tight.
