How long does engraving take?

Can I customise the design?
Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order.

Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore?
Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL.

How do I order?
WhatsApp us with the product link, your engraving text, and quantity. We confirm pricing, lead time, and payment method (bank transfer, online banking, or e-wallet). You approve, we engrave and ship. That is it — no online checkout.

Are designs etched or printed on crystal?
Etched. We use a CO2 laser to engrave directly into the crystal — the design has depth and clarity that printing cannot match. Filled-in colour engraving (black, gold, silver) is available on request.

What sizes do crystal trophies come in?
Most range from compact 6-inch desk awards (around 400g) up to 12-inch grand-prize centerpieces (2-2.5kg). Each product page lists the exact dimensions. If you need something between sizes for a tiered award program, WhatsApp us — we can usually mix sizes within one order.

Is there a bulk discount on crystal trophies?
Yes. Pricing improves at 10, 25, and 50-unit thresholds for the same design. Mixed designs from the same crystal-trophy range can sometimes qualify too — WhatsApp your full list (designs and quantities) and we will work back to a per-unit price.
