How long does engraving take?

Can I customise the design?
Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order.

Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore?
Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL.

How do I order?
WhatsApp us with the product link, your engraving text, and quantity. We confirm pricing, lead time, and payment method (bank transfer, online banking, or e-wallet). You approve, we engrave and ship. That is it — no online checkout.

Can you handle a per-recipient curated gift program?
Yes. Brief us on the budget per head, the quantity, and the gifting context (Raya, CNY, year-end VIP, etc.) and we will work backwards to a curated selection. We can also handle per-recipient packaging and personalised name-engraving on each gift.

What is the typical lead time for festive gifting?
For Raya, CNY, Christmas, and Deepavali programs we recommend confirming the order at least 3-4 weeks before the festive date. Larger curated programs with multiple components and per-recipient personalisation may need longer. WhatsApp us early in your planning cycle.
