Can I customise the design?
Yes. Send us your logo (vector preferred — SVG, EPS, or AI), your engraving text, and any layout notes via WhatsApp. Our designers can help with the layout too — included free with every order.

Do you ship to East Malaysia or Singapore?
Yes. Nationwide within Malaysia: 1-3 days to Klang Valley, 3-5 days to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Singapore on request — usually 5-7 days. Couriers we use: Pos Laju, J&T, DHL.

Can you do full-colour print on acrylic?
Yes. We offer full-colour UV print straight onto acrylic — sharp and long-lasting. Combine with laser engraving for premium presentation.

Can you cut a custom shape for an acrylic trophy?
Boleh — custom CNC cutting is one of the main reasons people pick acrylic over crystal. Send a logo or sketch and we will cut to match. There is a small one-time setup fee for custom shapes; from the second order onwards it is just the per-unit price.

How does acrylic compare to crystal for a corporate award?
Acrylic is lighter, more design-flexible, and noticeably cheaper at similar sizes. Crystal carries a heavier, more traditional feel. For modern corporate events, esports, and startup awards, acrylic usually reads better; for conservative corporate gala awards, crystal is still the safer pick.
