Use "with appreciation" or "with thanks". - "On behalf of the entire organisation..." Implied. Skip. - "We sincerely thank you for..." "Sincerely" reads as performative. Just "thank you" is warmer. - "This plaque is presented to..." Readers can see it is a plaque. Cut. Cut everything the reader could already infer from looking at the plaque.
